One of our part time neighbors, Bob Feretta, just sent me the above link for checking out outage status.  GREAT resource, especially if you don't think they're doing anything.  They are!!!

Currently there are 14 outages in Mi Wuk--identified by number only, not location.   Most are awaiting crews or a specific category/specialty of crew member. 

Main causes for outages:

• equipm + t fail  (???)
• storm
• wire down
• broken pole
• not available

It's a great site for reference and much more informative than a phone call to PG&E!   Check it out.
