LATEST STORM UPDATE---it's looking better!

The Winter Storm Warning for the Sierra Nevada has been extended until 7 PM Saturday.

Three inches to two feet of snow accumulation is likely from 3,000 through 7,000 feet.

Winds of twenty to thirty-five mph are expected in the Sierra with gusts ranging from fifty to sixty mph.




CHAINS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLES EXCEPT 4-WHEEL-DRIVE VEHICLES WITH SNOW TIRES ON ALL 4 WHEELS FROM 1 MI WEST OF LONG BARN TO 7.2 MI EAST OF STRAWBERRY (TUOLUMNE CO)
