WHAT DID WE MAKE AT THE "STAMPIN' FOR ADULTS" CLASS ON THURSDAY?

Seven stampers gathered around the big library tables on Thursday, January 20th, to make these lovely cards:

Starting in 2011, I'll be selling the extra card packets/envelopes during each month's stamping class for $1.50 each.  I always prepare for 14-16 participants, so sometimes I have leftover packets.  You can make a second or third card during the class or take them home afterward to use as you choose.

Next month:  February 17th, 1-3 p.m.

STAMPING AT THE LITTLE LIBRARY IN THE WOODS ON THURSDAY, January 20th

If you'd like to make a few greeting cards for some very deserving friends, join neighbors and friends and me (Blythe Klipple) for our monthly stamping session at the Little Library in the Woods here in Mi Wuk Village, right next to the Post Office on Sierra Park Drive.

Thursday, January 20th
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Fee:  $3 (yes, it's gone up from last year)

OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING.......

I couldn't resist taking this photo yesterday (Tuesday, 18 January) morning.

Unlike Sonora or the Valley, for once we are above the fog/cloud line.  Enjoy this weather.  You know we'll be getting more of the white stuff one of these days.

EVAN ROYCE TO HOLD OFFICE HOURS AT MI WUK COMMUNITY CENTER

Picking up where his predecessor left off, Evan Royce is planning on holding monthly 'office hours' at the Mi Wuk Community Center.

Third Wednesday of every month, 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.  If you have concerns or just want to meet him, be sure to come around.

ALIVE AND WELL--CHECKING IN FROM DENVER

Contrary to how it looks, I have not fallen off the face of the earth.  I took this photo the other day when we were enjoying sunshine.  Russ is a die-hard hang-out-the-laundry kind of guy.  Smells fabulous.

I understand that snow is in the forecast for today though. Enjoy.  Shouldn't be lasting for long, leaving you all with a nice end of week and weekend.  I call my weatherman (Russ) daily so he'll keep me abreast on the happenings.

Off to Nashville shortly.  It's a Stampin' Up! conference.  Snow in Nashville too!  Can't escape it.
