BMWC is researching different options for its group. We have contacted the Mi Wuk Area Homeowners Association about the possibility of coming under its umbrella as a sub committee, and are also looking at proceeding as a separate entity. We are still in the early stages of this new club and a decision will be made at a later date.
As part of BMWC, local merchants are working together to fund a new Mi Wuk Village sign for the triangle area. We have contacted the water department to see about the possibility of installing a water line to this area.
It will take time and money to accomplish the BMWC goals. If you are interested in donating your time or have wood to donate for the planter boxes, please contact me at the number or e-mail listed at the bottom of this article.
We have installed donation jars at several local businesses. Or, if you wish to donate via check, please make them payable to Jody Villa or Marge Bowen, PO Box 426, Mi Wuk Village, CA 95346. Every little bit will help to accomplish our goals to make Mi Wuk Village the “Cutest Village in the Sierra”.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
