Yesterday, my visiting-from-Switzerland-cousin Nate, his sister Christy, Russ and I took a day trip, in beautiful sunshine, to Yosemite.  What a perfect day.

 Upper Yosemite Fall

Half Dome and the Merced River

Blythe & Russ braving the wind and mist at Lower Yosemite Fall

Half Dome around 5.30 p.m.  Today's clouds are beginning to come in.
Hwy. 120, headed out of Yosemite Valley, homeward to Mi Wuk Village.  How nice it is that we live so close to this National Wonder.

Please stayed tuned for important community announcements in the next few days.  Chief Randy Miller from our Mi Wuk Sugar Pine Fire Department has some community activities to report about and request participation in.  LET'S BE SUPPORTIVE!  It's all for our benefit.
